Chef JJ Narunya has been in the cooking and restaurant industry for over 10 years. She loves the contemporary Italian cuisine that inspired various cultures such as: French, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Modern Mexican. Her passion for cooking has also been influenced by her mother, who told her that the secret ingredient is “LOVE”.

Finally an actual legit Ramen shop! Tan Tan and Miso ramen was awesome. Flavorful soup, lots of meat and actual ramen noodles! IFYKYK. Going back again and again. Great customer service as well, they take pride in their food!
